This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Bini Bee Supplies (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused and in original packaging.
• The item must be in resalable condition.
• Proof of purchase is required.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:

• Perishable goods
• Items opened that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons
• Clearance or final sale items (unless prohibited by law)

3. RETURN PROCESS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. REFUNDS

• Approved refunds will be issued within 21 business days.
• Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will provide a replacement or refund as required by law.
6. GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the approved return. Otherwise, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
