If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide the option to:
● Accept a revised shipping date, or
● Cancel your order for a full refund

2. SHIPPING OPTIONS (U.S.)
We offer the following shipping option within the United States:
Standard Shipping (3–4 business days) – Free on all orders
Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin after order processing is complete. Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer worldwide shipping.
Delivery times for international orders vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Please note:

4. IN-STORE OR LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup may be available within New Jersey where applicable. Pickup availability, timing, and confirmation instructions will be provided at checkout if eligible.
Orders must be picked up within the timeframe communicated in your confirmation email.
5. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We reserve the right to:
● Refuse or cancel orders where shipping is restricted by law

6. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier. However:
● If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos.
● If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please contact the carrier first and then notify us for assistance.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by the shipping carrier but will make reasonable efforts to assist customers.
